Last version - Enter key bug

Just tested:
4.8.22-1 does not have this bug
4.8.23-1 does have this bug

Reproduce:
1. open Cygwin
2. type "mc"
3. open "Right" menu
4. go down with arrow keys to "Shell connection"
5. press Enter

Bug is that Enter does here go to next option below "Shell connection", 
does not start the option.
When there is no bug opened is window with entry to put user@server etc 
= starts the option.
