Details:
- Cause:
Some external references, such as SLang_TT_Read_FD, in slang.h cannot be
resolved because REAL_UNIX_SYSTEM will not be defined by compilation on OS X.
- Solution:
Add defined(__APPLE__) to slang.h. Please see attachment
The issue affects also mc-4.6.2-pre1.
This is also reported to slang author and macports.
