[bug #21302] FISH hangs on copying remote file locally right at the end of the copy process. OS is Mac OS X 10.4

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #21302 (project mc):

It is a binary I have built myself from the current snapshot. My OS is up to
date Mac OS X 10.4.10 on Intel CPU. In the time I have tried two or three of
the previous snapshots. I had the same behavior.
