[patch #5899] backspace navigation

Follow-up Comment #5, patch #5899 (project mc):

the first patch had a flaw:
holding backspace ended in chdir to / -> added a timer
pressing bs during search ended in cd.. -> dosearch(panel,key) invoked
instead

see attached patch.

dont understand why this bug moved arround. are bugreports the wrong place to
send such patches? where should i?
