[bug #16303] More functionally u7z

Follow-up Comment #6, bug #16303 (project mc):

Here is my patch to original u7z, fixed things:
1) Detection if we have 7z or only 7za installed. (With 7z we can work with
all 7z-supported archives, i.e. CABs, etc... Only have to rename this script
in ucab.)
2) Workaround for old version p7zip archives with prefix ./ in filenames.
3) Fixed directory creation in mcu7zip_mkdir, now it works properly.
