Re: [bug #15257] mc viewer enters a probably infinite cycle on some files with 8-bit characters



The file is attached. It triggers the infinite(?) loop.

(The file is simply four copies of strings of Russian letters

abvg...
ABVG...

converted into the cp-866 encoding.)

Note that such behavior takes place under "xterm" (in particular, with the 
command "xterm -e mc").
