To regenerate the locations, just run make po-update.
Example:
cd mc/po
./strip-location.sh de.po
cvs commit ChangeLog de.po
make update-po
The effect is that "cvs diff" is more readable.
I've added --no-location to all msgmerge invocations, so it should be
automatic (the patch is in the HEAD branch for now).
And how do the translators get their version with locations? ;)
