Missing hotkeys

Hi,

I noticed some hotkeys missing in some of the dialogs:

Editor: Cancel quit is not highlighted
Editor: F2 none of the keys highlighted (Save & Cancel)

There might be more...

Also the highlighted hotkeys have different colours depending on whether
they are the first element in a dialog (not sure if this is only for the
red dialogs).
