More proposed patches

Hi,

I've done some more work on sorting existing Red Hat and SUSE patches. I
still have a few questions regarding some of these to Vladimir and
Jakub, but I will post these questions later.

I have included more patches which I propose for upstream inclusion at
http://www.ottolander.nl/mc-patches/proposed/ . More will follow when my
questions get answered.
