Hello,

here is a patch for Pascal syntax rules.

Main features:
- known Delphi/Kylix source file extensions supported (*.dpr, *.inc)
- many new (Delphi/Kylix) keywords added
- special highlighting of CVS macros
- understands singleline comments (//)
