My understanding was that the nonprofit - the second link in the email I sent - sets it up for you and handles all the fees. We don't work directly with the providers but through them.
If not, then http://www.mgive.com is cheaper but I don't think we should do it if we have to pay $100's a month. We can't justify it.

Here we go, with a response from one of the MGF’s ASPs.
IN summary we are looking at:
$700 in setup fee & $420/month + ).11/transaction (200 transactions free)
Do we have data on how much we could looking at leveraging from this method. I can mail other ASPs too and see their pricing structure. But I don’t see us getting this for free.

I looked at their site and to get the application material we need to
mail one of the ASPs
g8wave Inc. Jeff Ostiguy jeff g8wave com
Give by Cell Dave Asheim dave givebycell com
Give on the Go, LLC. Albert J. Angel albe giveonthego com
iLoop Mobile, Inc. Shannon Burgess shannon burgess iloopmobile com
Mobile Cause George Morales support mobilecause com
Mobile Commons Jed Alpert jed mcommons com
MPower Giving Don Feuer don mpowergiving com
Russ Reid, Inc. Tom Hooper thooper russreid com
Wireless Factory Melody Page mp wirelessfactory com
Once contacted we need to send a mail to: support mobilegiving org.
Happy to do so, but it would help if the email went thru someone whit
a Gnome email address (I dont have one). If you think that will not be
an issue I'd be happy to send the mail and followup on this process.
Best Regards
Bharat
