I've been talking to Jeff on and off about moving GNOME Journal to blogs.gnome.org.  I'll follow up with him, I'm hoping to talk to him more next week.

Planet GNOME and blogs.gnome.org are different things:
- blogs.gnome.org is basically a system to host blogs for GNOME
contributors. Jeff Waugh is the maintainer;
- Planet GNOME aggregates blogs from GNOME contributors (which are
often not in blogs.gnome.org). Jeff, Vincent and I are the editors of
Planet GNOME.

So, if we want to propose a new plugin to be installed in
blogs.gnome.org. we should talk to Jeff about it.
