Thai GNOME User Group

Hello,

We are creating a web site for Thai GNOME User Group.
Currently, it's hosted at:

http://gnome.lang4fun.info/

The domain is just dummy, for virtual host setup. What we
may actually need would be "th.gnome.org" subdomain.
Is it possible to request it here? If not, any suggestion
for appropriate contact point is appreciated.
