Re: Formalizing the marketing team



Hi,

Some (sort of obvious) suggestions:

- I noticed that marketing topics tend to bring very long discussions
but no practical actions. Therefore, after the goals are defined,
translate them into actions ASAP. Otherwise they will be just...
goals.

- Start small, don't try to achieve everything at once.

- Collaborate with other teams. For example, talk with the Roadmap
Gang and Release Team about the future of our modules. Suggest cool
stuff from the Art team. Write articles for GNOME Journal, and so on.
