Well, it's been mentioned in each of the unstable release announcements.
But it would not hurt to ask again. However, there is very little time
left to get new information. And very little time to interrogate the
people about what they actually mean by what they wrote.
And there is usually no way to avoid also trawling through the NEWS
announcements for the major packages.
It can be a great learning experience.
