Home page "footer" implementation

The first implementation for the footer on wgo the homepage can be viewed at:-

http://live.gnome.org/GnomeWeb/ComponentSelection

If you have any suggestions please leave comments so we can consider and change the elements within the footer. Inparticular consider the links "Sitemap>Contact>Legal>RSS Feeds" do they seem appropriate? What would legal contain would we use the word legal?
