Thank you for your comments, you brought up some very valid points.

To clarify, all I am after is to assist in spreading GNOME and helping out
in any way. SpreadGNOME.org was simply done since there wasn't one in
existence, and ideally some of the lessons learned from SpreadFirefox
could be replicated. However, as this has taken a back seat to my other
professional work, and looking more into the current GNOME marketing
efforts, it may very well be best to simply combine everyones efforts to
have the largest (and most beneficial) impact on our audience. I would be
perfectly fine with redirecting SpreadGNOME.org to the official GNOME
marketing page (and ultimately helping the marketing team more), etc...
