Attached is the text. I have taken a middle of the ground approach --
a mix between press release and a blog. Let me know how you want to go
with it eventually and also  suggestions/inputs/edits.

Right now, I have hyperlinks in the text. We could replace that with
text at the bottom but I prefer hyperlinks. There's text in yellow,
which could go. It's an OpenOffice document.
