The single most useful thing I can think of is to take notes on what
went well and what didn't go well, both in terms of
organization/supplies and in terms of 'the pitch'. Did you need more
supplies? Did you grab something at the last minute that turned out to
be hugely useful or was a huge hit? Did people yawn every time you
started talking about ____ ? What turned them on? The organizational
stuff will be very useful to people planning future conferences, and
information on what impacted people will help us refine our pitch
material for future conferences and other places.
