Forum graphics

Hi, everybody.

Just in case, ehm, nobody noticed. The idea to let users spread graphics
with promotion hints, could be done rather easily.

Examples are currently available on planet.gnome.org - see EPLugin
Hackfest, and the anniversary of Helix.

Lots of people like to embed graphics in their forum signatures. I
don't know how many GNOME users visit forums with people using
Operating Systems from Microsoft, but it might be worth a try.

All what's needed is a server, somebody doing the artwork, some sort of
text, and an announcement. It doesn't serve any particular need, just to
get the name GNOME spreaded.
