Any chance to have this little/big feature implemented in Gnome Maps 3.16? ;-)

One thing that /might/ (I say might because I don't want us to focus on too many fringe cases) is showing elevation graphs for bicycle- and pedestrian routes when we get alternate routes. Graphhopper provides this data.
