Hi Janina,
You can run:
pkill lsr
at the command prompt. LSR will shut down normally with this method.
Would you prefer having a hotkey to shutdown or a button in the
settings dialog? I avoided that technique so far because I was
worrying about a user accidentally pressing it. I guess we could show
a dialog to confirm quitting in that case.
Any preferences?
