The underlying C module, libxml2, has been moved to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxml2. Don't know if that matters. I would not object if you move libxml++ to GitHub.
An unrelated question: Should it be renamed to libxmlmm or libxmlplusplus?
