[libxml++] .so major version changes between 2.6 and 2.7

Christophe, I noticed that you made 2.6 and 2.7 incompatible when
preparing 2.7.1
see change 1.13:

It's too late to fix this now. It means that 2.10 is not really API/ABI
compatible back to 2.6, only back to 2.8.

I'm just pointing this out so we can avoid this in future.
