[libxml++] XSD validation in SAX and xmlReader mode

 I'm not sure if any of the developpers looked at this, this was
added in libxml2-2.6.20 and the possibility to validate with
XML Schemas at the SAX flow level (or the reader). Streaming 
validation is an important feature for a number of uses.
