[libxml++] API Freeze on March 1st

Hi all,
The API freeze, following gnome bindings schedule, has been fixed to the
1st of March (instead of today).
This will give us time to test the 2.5 API more seriously.
Please give us some feedback, especially on the new TextReader interface.
