[libxml++] API Change - Document and DomParser

Some API has been moved from the DomParser to the Document class. Please
test this so you don't get bitten by the next release.
Again, remember that the API is going to freeze for 1.0 soon, so complain
now. But larger API changes that _can_ wait will go into the new unstable
API.
