[libxml++] pkg-config check

I notice that you are doing a pkg-config check for xml2 instead of
libxml-2.0. I don't know how xml2 works (it does work for older versions of
libxml), but it does not work for newer versions. A pkg-config check for
libxml-2.0 works for both old and new versions as far as I can tell.
