Hi,

I'm pleased to announce the release of libxml++ 0.16.

This new release comes with consequent changes, 
in the API and in the packaging.
        * The XML prefix has been removed from class names
        * The Tree class has been replaced by DomParser
        * Exceptions have been added
        * Two new classes, DomParser and SaxParser have been introduced.
        * The documentation is now generated by Doxygen
        * Some examples has been added.
        * pkg-config support.
