libsoup, set preferred ciphers for TLS

Hi,

How can I tell soupserver to use strong encryption when doing TLS? Preferably set a list of ciphers, hash algorithms etc? I have been looking through the documentation and some sources so far (sources is taking a lot of time), but I couldn't find a way to configure this.

With Apache server you can set your ciphers for TLS like this: https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/ssl/ssl_howto.html#onlystrong and lighttpd is very similar.
