Add CoAP support into libsoup

hello
sorry for interrupting, I want to implement CoAP protocol in libsoup
in order to use libsoup in server side of IoT platform as proxy
between HTTP and CoAP. I want to know how I can do this. is there a
general way to change underlying protocol of libsoup? CoAP is very
similar to HTTP so there are no big changes need to do in libsoup in
order to implement it.
