The following two patches add a test case and a fix for memory corruption
in soup_form_decode() that occurs if the urlencoded dataset contains
multiple values with the same key.

We found this bug in 2.30.2. The patches are against git master though
and have been tested with 2.30.2 and 2.32.2.
