soup-socket listen backlog hardcoded to 10

Hi,
I was wondering if there are any good reason why the listen backlog is
hardcoded to 10 in libsoup (soup-socket.c)
If not, could it be added as an optional property to soup_server_new(),
and keeping 10 as the default value?
