Unable to connect ..

Hi,
I am using libsoup(2.4.1) along with libchamplain(0.2.8) to display map on screen.
I have not specified any flags while configuring libsoup.

When I am running the sample code, libsoup is giving error as
"Cannot connect to destination".

Not sure what to do?
