I can find only 4 open libsigc++ bugs in bugzilla.gnome.org. Three of
them have been filed by you, Murray. You can probably decide yourself
which ones are worth copying to GitHub issues.

, was filed 13 years ago. I suggest that we don't copy it to GitHub.
Perhaps close it as WONTFIX?
