[sigc] capitalization of sigc

I've written a program using gtk-- under Linux; another person is
trying to compile it for the Macintosh.  He's run into a problem where
the compiler seems to expect the "SigC" namespace, where I have been
using "sigc".  Does anybody know how to get it to compile?
