It's in libsigc++-1.2/doc/website. There is a cvs URL on the page itself
(remember that libsigc++-1.2 does stupid virtual cvs module tricks).
There's a rule in the makefile that uploads everything.
You should have write access, but tell me if you don't. I see that you
have uploaded stuff before.
