Gee Missing tags (0.6.4 and 0.7.2) and downloads (0.6.4)?

Hi,

I had to track down an updated version of the 0.6 series of libgee
that we at Fedora still use for some critical packages -- on our
Rawhide development branch, the latest libgee 0.6.x tarball available,
0.6.3, no longer passes its test suite.

I found a commit on the 0.6 branch with a comment stating it's the
0.6.4 release, but no matching tag.

Likewise with the 0.7 series -- 0.7.2 is not tagged, and is not
announced on the website, but somehow a tarball is available for download.

Could the website be updated and the appropriate commits tagged as
0.6.4 and 0.7.2 -- and the 0.6.4 tarball posted at the usual place?
