[libcroco-list] glib dependency

Hello all,

I just discovered libcroco. It looks nice, and I could (would!) use  
the SAC api.
But, I'm on osx, and therfore do not have glib installed by default.

I took a quick glance at the source, and as far as I can see, glib is  
only used for output and malloc/free.
I therefore assume it would be straigtforward to eliminate this  
dependency, so I have to ask.. Is there a specific reason to depend  
on glib?
