[ANNOUNCE] libchamplain 0.12.14

Hi all,

new libchamplain release is available at

https://download.gnome.org/sources/libchamplain/0.12/libchamplain-0.12.14.tar.xz

The main highlight of this release is (finally) a support of horizontal map wrapping so one can use

champlain_view_set_horizontal_wrap (view, TRUE);

and the map starts repeating in the horizontal direction. There's a lot of work behind this simple call; the work was started more than two years ago by Jonas Danielsson, a bit improved by me at which point we realized it would need a lot of more work to get everything polished and working correctly. Fortunately this year Marius Stanciu a GSOC student continued where we left and did all the hard work and the result is a very well working implementation. Big thanks Marius!

Another (unfortunate) highlight of this release is the removal of the Mapquest map source as the free tile service isn't provided any more (something everyone has noticed by now anyway).

Other changes in this release are:

* Make the number of parallel connections of network tile source configurable

* Remove Maemo-related code (Jiří Techet)

* Fix small memory leaks (Marius Stanciu)

* Bump libsoup dependency requirement to 2.42 and drop deprecated function

  calls (Nayan Deshmukh)

* Various minor improvements, fixes, depreciaton warning removals and cleanups
