Fate of libmemphis

Hi Marius,
  I have recently started taking interest in libchamplain because of
new Maps application we are developing for GNOME. libchamplain uses
libmemphis optionally but for running its testcases, libmemphis is
required. However seems that libmemphis homepage is down:

https://trac.openstreetmap.ch/trac/memphis

I was just wondering if this is temporary or does this reflect that
this library is no longer maintained?

In case you are not the right person for this query, could you please
forward this to the right person? I could only find your contact from
