New demo: polygons.py

Hi.

I translated the demo named polygons.c to Python.
You can merge it from my github repository (pablog branch):

https://github.com/PabloCastellano/libchamplain/tree/pablog

There's another commit with minor changes. Feel free to merge it too.

I take advantage of the moment and ask: is it Ok if I commit&push
trivial things like these directly to the gnome repo?
