Special note to people using libchamplain in Maemo SDK: you have to
#define USE_MAEMO for CHAMPLAIN_MAP_SOURCE_OSM_MAPNIK and friends to
have the same value than on the device.

I ran into this issue with MapBuddy and libchamplain 0.4.4.
