I just pushed the C++ bindings: http://git.gnome.org/cgit/libchamplainmm/

It is not finished yet (no examples, documentation or champlain-gtk),
but it does build against libchamplain-0.3.5 with the fixes reported
in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/597272
