C++ bindings

Here is the status of the C++ bindings that I had been working on:

It is definitely not finished, and not in a state to be inserted into
the champlain Git tree. Since this is my first attempt at mm-bindings,
if someone could glance through it point out obvious errors it would
be very helpful.
