Thanks for your searches, I must have missed this entry when I look for
that in the past..
Given that I'm not interested in opposing the mark.. Do you think that a
name change would be necessary at this point? Would it be a risk to wait
for Pressman Toy to say something? I'm ready to change name peacefully
if they will ask.
Jonathan, I've searched something about gnotello question but didn't
find anything useful. Do you changed the name when including in gnome
cvs? As far as i can remember it's been on gnome-games for a while, what
forced the name change? a cease and desist letter?
What I'm trying to say is that I don't see any urgency on changing the
name now.. Maybe we could talk again about it if it would enter some day
gnome-games or gnome-games-extra as someone suggested.
FYI note that debian and foresight mantainers (at least) didn't care
about the trademark question. Fedora games team instead said that this
brokes fedora policies and didn't packaged it (they were also intended
to sue me to the trademark holder..)
About other trademarks, I don't know about US but sudoku is trademarked
at least in japan.
Thanks again
