[LaTeXila] LaTeXila 3.14.1

Hi,

Here is a bug-fix release.

Due to the Adwaita theme rework for 3.14 (which is now the default GTK+
theme), there are some regressions in LaTeXila. The toolbars were much
bigger, there is now a workaround for that in LaTeXila 3.14.1, but it's
not perfect. Also, the GtkPaned handles are no longer drawn [1] (a
GtkPaned handle is used for example to resize the side panel or bottom
panel), which makes LaTeXila quite ugly with thick borders. Another
regression is that the primary toolbar style is not applied [2] (with
previous GTK+ versions the primary toolbar had a different style, with a
gray background color, it was quite beautiful in my opinion).

So, I hope those regressions will be fixed for a 3.14.x release of GTK+,
but it's not certain.
