[LaTeXila] [ANNOUNCE] LaTeXila 2.8.1

Hi,

A new minor release is out.

GLib 2.36 is now required, to avoid the call to the deprecated function 
g_type_init().

Since LaTeXila 2.8.0 already required GtkSourceView 3.8, this shouldn't 
be a problem (GLib 2.36 was released at the same time as GNOME 3.8).
