Wait. I thought we had other bids as options. Can we do a meeting this week and talk about the options? How about just staying 1 hour after the Engagement meeting on Friday, so 10 am PST?

I'm trying to get the website up in shape, but conference software is a problem but I have hosting!  OSEM seems like a challenge apparently?  So we'll try one of the others as well.

I'd like to push for a decision on a venue by next week.  Would thtat be doable?  We are quite behind and I haven't had much of a chance to do fundraising.  But I'll do my best.
