We have a Flickr album (that needs some love). I'll try uploading more pictures there and maybe Adelia can too? You're welcome to use any of them for the brochure though.
Great, thank you!
Also, I'm happy to help with the wording of the paragraph, but it'd be great to see an example of the ones we have for other conferences first. I wonder if any of the text on the website might help start it.
Oh, I guess I should have been more explicit! There is wording from last year for GUADEC and GNOME.Asia in last year's brochure. I included the link, here it is again conference-brochure-2016.
The basic structure is:
Paragraph summarizing what role the event has in the community and who the target audience is.
How large is the conference?
How long is the conference/what is the structure?
What projects participate?
Where is this year's event going to be? Description of the city and location.
I'll take a look at the website and start a draft early this week.
In my opinion, it is realistic to maintain the same level of sponsorships. This, based on our first edition experience, and also comparing to GUADEC’s experience and capability in attracting sponsors.
I'm going to be putting together this year's sponsorship brochure over the next couple weeks, and I'm going to be including LAS GNOME, so I have a couple questions:
Are the sponsorship levels the ones listed on the website?
Do you have any photos from LAS GNOME that you think would be good for the brochure?
I'd like to have a paragraph similar to what we have for GUADEC and GNOME.Asia [0]. Is anyone interested in helping me with it?
